Series 351 channel balance

Question

I have to replace the following balances, which are stamped -

15S16 16" long channel
19S21 20" long channel

Both are fitted with 19-002 top and 19-002 bottom

However, there is no reference to the 4 digit numbers noted
on your site. Please advise.

Thank you for posting! We will need to know the weight of your sashes in order to recommend the appropriate stamp option. Please remove your window sashes and place them on a scale and let us know the weight in pounds.

Can you also please confirm the part numbers of your attachments? I believe there was a typo in your original post.
