Series 351 or Series 390? Uncertain about Shoe Depth

Hello,

I am trying to determine if I need a S351 or S390. According to your website the S351 has a 1" shoe and the S390 has a 1 1/8" shoe. The channel balance I am trying to replace has a shoe that measures 1 1/16". Which one should I go with?

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. Good question. The most likely case is that you have a Series 390 balance and that the shoe has simply worn down a bit over time; this is not unusual. So the Series 390 is the better choice. Let us know if you have any other questions!
