Series 370 Channel Balance

A quick learner from Cabot, AR 72023 says:

Please help me find the proper replacements. My old balance channel is 35" long (excluding plastic end pieces) and has the stamped number 3440. From your site info, I think I need a 15-002 shoe, but I don't find a picture of the correct top piece (although I see it in your info videos). See IMG_6650.

Also, I need the plastic guides for the tops of the window tracks. See IMG_6647.

Please provide me the correct replacement balance assembly part number and your pn for the window guides.

Thanks,

John

Thanks for posting, John. That top nylon fitting looks like our 19-002. Assuming you have the 15-002 shoe as well, that would make this our S351-35. See if you agree.

As for the top sash guide, it's tough to say. Would it be possible to see a photo of it removed? I'd like to see it from the front and side without any obstruction. Think of it like a mug shot. Thank you!

Thanks for the additional photos. I do have to agree that your sash guide does in fact look like our 18-156. I would just carefully compare your measurements with ours to confirm this is match.
