Metal channel that need replaced is exactly 59", it's hard to read the stamp. For a tall narrow aluminum sash window that weighs 40lbs. (Or as strong as you can make the window balance).

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm happy to provide you with an order link for the balances you need. Although, I'd like to see photos of the top and bottom attachments on the balance to ensure we are providing you with the correct replacement. Especially since, custom assemblies are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Are you certain the sash weighs exactly 40lbs? If not, it would be a good idea to double check this as well.

I'll also need to know the exact number of balances you are intending to purchase. There is a quantity minimum of (2) balances for custom assemblies.

Hello, including 2 pictures of each end of the old window balances. On the top side of the window balance you'll see one plastic tab is broken on one side. And need a total of 4 of these balances. The window sash weight for these balances is at least 45 to 55 lbs., or can be made for the max weight just in case. Sending picture of the window that need window balances. Changed the old double pane glass in these windows, so also changing the balances as well to make them operational.

Hello,

Thanks for the additional photos. These balances will be made to hold a specific weight range. The range you've given is to wide to determine the exact stamp you need for the balances. If the balance is too strong for the sash weight, the balance can shoot out of the window and potentially damage the frame. This would be cause for even bigger repairs.

To send a request for the pricing on these balances, we'll need to know the exact sash weight to ensure we are providing you with the right product.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
