Series 370 or 371??

I have a broken balance from a TRACO sash window. It looks like a series 370 or 371. It has a stamping 23DS RL38, and a shoe that looks like your 15-002. Photos attached... which part do I need?

Thank you for your patience in this matter. I actually don't think our Series 370 or Series 371 will work for you. You have a special type of balance that will need to be a custom order. Thankfully, we have all the information we need to get started. Can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you an order link and price quote for the requested quantity.
