Series 380 Channel Balances Quote

Thanks for posting. That metal channel length is very unusual for a Series 380 Channel Balance. There is a chance this is not a stock channel balance. Can you remove the balance from the window and show us clear photos of the nylon attachments on both ends of the metal channel, as well as a picture of the clip or hook at the end of the cord that comes out of the balance? We'll do our best to help from there.
