Series 380/380 Balance

I didn't see my top/shoe combo for a window balance.

I'm looking for a 1/2" Wide Channel balance, Non-tilt, 15".
The closest I found was a cross between Series 380 and 390.

I need the winged top 19-005, with a non-wing shoe 15-005. See images.

Do you carry this?

To me, the attachments look more like the 19-005 top and 15-002 bottom, therefore making this a custom order. Now before we get stated, pleas give us the four digit stamp located on the channel balance.
