The metal channel measures 1/2" wide, 23 9/16" long. It has "23 9" stamped on it, along with "BSI" and "TC." The top guide has no markings while the bottom guide has "Pat 659826" on it.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, but we'll need more information. Can you provide close-up photos of the top and bottom fittings, as well as the metal clip at the end of the pulley cord? How many balances are you looking to replace?
