Series 385 channel balance

The stamp on the channel reads 32 9 DW CMC 4
This is for a Milgard non tilt window. The metal portion of the balance is 33".
Which option under product code S385-33 do you recommend?

Good question! Your "32 9" stamp option comes from an old system that was phased out of the industry. To determine what the modern equivalent of your option would be, you're going to need to remove and weigh your window sash, and compare to the chart on the S385-33 balance webpage.
