Series 395 can't match stamp option

Question

I have what i think is a broken 395-series 29" channel balance. The stamp option on the broken part is 2890. I cannot find this match in your selection. What should i do?

That number does not correspond to any of our options. I recommend that you weigh your sash on a scale and compare what you get to the chart found on our S390-29 store page.
