Series 400 latch and handle assembly

I need a replacement latch and handle (interier and exterior) for what I think is a Plygem sliding glass door. Thanks

Please start by reviewing the style of the 82-030 handle set that has a 3-15/16" installation spacing from center to center. Also see the 82-218 mortise lock to see how the dimensions match up. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
