Series 500 rollers

A home owner from Henderson, NV says:

I have a large sliding glass patio door that needs new rollers. On the gold label it shows: Series 500,
SGD-R20-144x96. The home was built in 2006. Can you tell me what roller set is installed in this slider? I'd like to order and have the rollers on hand before removing the door.

You might have a Viking patio door that uses the 81-155 roller, but we can't guarantee it. Remove a roller and compare its dimensions to the dimensions of the 81-155. If it matches, use it. If not, send us photos of the roller, along with the dimensions.
