Series 5215 Balancers

Question

Worn out balancers on double hung Milguard Series 5215 windows. Need to know replacement part(s) and instructions since no obvious way to even remove (or install) part of the channel balancer.

Thanks for your post! We may be able to supply the replacements you need for your window balances. Although, I'll need to see a photos of undamaged hardware to determine the correct replacements.

To identify the balances, I'll need to see photos of the top and bottom attachments. For the shoes, in addition to the photos, I'll need to know its width and thickness, written or typed out.
