Series 600 spiral balance with white tip?

A home owner from Grand Ledge, MI says:

I have a 5/8" X 15" spiral balance series 600 with a white tip. I spoke with customer service and they said you don't carry them. Is it possible to get them, or what do you suggest? I need two, but may order four.

Thank you for posting. For a 15" Series 600, white is not necessary. You can use red tip, which is actually better than white in this instance.
