Series 600 spiral tilt window balances

Question

Hi,
I put an order about a month ago. For the ordered parts Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balances, are there any foam pipe insulation stuff with them? My old spiral title windows balances have some white foam pipe insulation stuff to affix to the balance end near the red tip. I could not find that in the shipping package?

Hello, Yanjun. Our balances do not come with any kind of foam pipe like you describe. I think I have an idea of what you're talking about, but they're uncommon in most windows and only used in specific circumstances. You should be able to re-use your old foam pipes, though. If not, could something like our 26-139 single hole aligner?
