Thanks for posting! You casement operator appears to be the 39-091 and its opposite part 39-092. However, we do not sell the connecting arm bracket so you would need to reuse it in the installation. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your operator confirm that these are the right replacement.
These are compatible with the 39-224 fold-down crank handle.
To replace the hinges, I suggest starting with taking a look at our 36-048. This can be used for both the right and left side of the window as well as the top and bottom. With that said, you'll need to be sure to change the top and the bottom to ensure that the window continues to function properly. It is very likely that these are not an exact match for your hinges.
Keep in mind you may need to drill new holes to install them.
