Series 751 Channel Balances Quote
The length of the balance channel can typically be garnered from the stamp. If your old stamp starts with "40," then the channel is likely 41". However at the end of the day, the only true way to measure the balance is to measure the actual balance itself.
In regards to this quote request, I'll need a little time to confirm its availability. In the meantime, I'd like you to verify the stamp. 40HG is honestly a weird combination of letters, and not one we've seen before. I think it's also a good idea to get the weight of your sash and a few photos of the balance just to be safe.
Thanks! Please give me a little time to look into the availability of this special size and we'll get back to you ASAP.
Okay, we're good to go on our end. What I'm going to do now is email you a purchase link and price quote now for 4 balances made with the following configuration:
- 41" long Series 751 channel balance
- 40HD stamp, which carries 25 through 30 pounds precisely.
These balances have to be made for you, so please expect a lead time of 5 to 6 business weeks.
Let me know if you had any follow-up questions and I'd be happy to assist!
You got it, I'll go ahead and email you a new link for an additional 4.
I think you can still cancel, yes. I can't do that for you here but if you call our customer support line at (888) 991-1929 they can do that for you ASAP.
As for the weight you need, I'm a little confused. You mentioned a 30R here, but the balance we're discussing is a 40HD. I gave you the weight rating for that in my response on the 22nd. Are you saying that your sash weight doesn't fall in that range?
I had a separate order with Christian M. For the other normal sizes. That was the confusion I only used the other window size to make a point that they were both 1lb from the max 30r 23lb max 22lb sash
and your custom quote was 40hd 29lb sash 30lb max. It's too light I need 8 40tg 28-35lb
Okay, thanks for clarifying. I'll need to get the 40TG quoted again for you. Note that two balances with this stamp are rated to hold 30 through 38 pounds. No more, no less.
Okay, we're good to go on our end. I'll go ahead and email you an updated purchase link.
