I need assistance in identifying the channel balance shown in the photos. I believe it is a Series 770 balance (Item # S770-20). However, the number stamped on the balance is 19TGX. Can you tell from this information whether it is a 20A, 20B, 20C, or 20E?

You are right, Harold. I believe the best replacement for you is our S770-20 balance. You would use the 20E option to replace your stamping of "19TGX" which holds a sash weight of 22-26 pounds. You may want to weigh your sash just to make sure this is a good way to go.
