Series 770 channel balance

A quick learner from SC says:
I want to order 12 of these but don't understand what the "options" refer to.
My existing balances have 3500 stamped on them.
Thanks

Hello,That stamp makes me thing that you may have something unique but we will need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window to confirm. Also, we'll need to know the length of the metal channel.
If you do need the S770, you would need to weigh the window sash and choose a spring strength option from the chart under the product description. Thank you!

Hey Casey; hope the pix tell you what I need to know! Really looks like a S770 but you would know better than I.Metal part is exactly 35 inches long.
Sash on the bathroom scales ( and we all know how accurate they are!) showed just under 20 pounds.
Thanks for your help.
Terry.

I agree the the S770-35 would be the best replacement option. As I mentioned, you'll need to weigh the sash and follow the chart under the product description to choose the correct spring strength. Thank you!
