Series 8000/Georgetown DH

Good evening,
My Series 8000/Georgetown DH window won't stay up any more. The metal band seems to have snapped. Would you be able to tell me what is the correct coil balance assembly would be for this window?

Hello,

Thanks for posting. This balance assembly seems to be a match for the Series 161 Roller-Tilt assembly. Since the housing is marked with an 11, you'll need the S161-11. The coil is anchored to the window jamb using the 16-030 Clear Bracket.

Carefully double check the dimensions to ensure this will be a fit for the repair.
