My vinyl window will not stay open. I think the channel balancer might be shot. The MFG: PHP-032-4. ID NO -PHP0495/U33-57/VS. Do you still supply the channel balancer for this model?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, but I'm afraid the given information doesn't help us ID your hardware. Can you remove the undamaged balance and show us photos of the top and bottom fittings? We'll also need to see a photo of the stamp on the metal channel.
