Correction: I believe the part is an S860 black cap and 1-1/4" shoe Arrow balance
These old arrow balances aren't made anymore, but you can replace this particular one with our Series 775 Channel Balance. Measure the length of the rod, not including the wedge shoe, to confirm the length you need. You will need the exact weight of the window sash to know what stamp option to select, as well as the size of your wedge shoe. Let me know if you have any other questions.

No. The Series 775 should be a 1 to 1 replacement with your old balance. No other modification needed.
