Thanks for writing in. I can't tell what hardware you need without seeing photos; but at the very least, the Legance 3 Patio Door brand has been associated with our 82-080 Handle Set and its keyed variant, our 82-081. Take a look and see what you think.

We unfortunately don't sell keys that are keyed alike to the original lock. I would suggest contacting a local locksmith for assistance.
