I am having a hard time determining what Series Type of balance I have. They are 1/2" wide and 27" long. From other threads I believe I should have the 2650 option. Thanks for the help!
I also have an issue with the part that the balance slides and connects to. It is the plastic piece that is screwed to the window. Attached is a picture of the side of the window that the plastic piece is not broken.
Let' s start off with your balance. It resembles both our S380-27 and S385-27. The difference between these two parts is the measurement of the bottom balance shoe. The measurement of the bottom shoe for the Series 380 measures 1" in depth. For the Series 385, it measures 1-3/32" in depth. Measure the depth of your bottom shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which balance will work. Whichever one chosen will use a 2650 option, For the top sash guide, see if our 18-171 is a good fit.
