Sure, take a look at our 15-180 pivot shoe, Series 190 coil spring, 15-181 spring support, and 15-182 bushing. I am confident that these area the parts you need but let me know if you had any questions.

That will depend on the stamp printed on the old springs. You will have to refer to that to confirm which one to go with.
