Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to say that I cannot identify your balances based on the information provided here. I'll need to see a photo of your balances removed from the window.

I'll also need to see a photo of the button you are referring to as well.

Are you able to provide those photos?

I will have to see if I can get someone to remove window and see. If balancer is removed can window still be put back into place until I get parts as I can't have window out.

I cannot guarantee that the window would be fine, without knowing exactly what hardware you have in the window.

Theoretically, the window should remain closed and in the window channel, however I cannot make any guarantees.

I hope this is enough for you to know what parts I need for my window. I understand you have to replace both sides. The last I was in contact with you was April as I had to wait for someone to help me. There is a patent number that you should be able to see. It wouldn't let me send addition picture but also need button for top on left hand side.

Thank you so much.

Your tilt latches look similar to our 26-243 and 26-244. Carefully review and compare the measurements from your existing latches to determine if they are the right fit.

In regard to the balances, they appear that they could be an older style cross-bow balance. This style of balance has been discontinued but we do have recommendations we can offer as replacements. To determine which balance they are specifically, I'll need to see them removed from the window, as requested.

Once I can identify the exact type of balance, I'll be able to give more detail about the information we'd need to request from you to confirm the replacement.

To start, in addition to the photos of them removed from the window, I'll need to know the length (you won't be able to get an accurate length if the balance is not in tact), as well as the diameter of the spring and tube (this should be 1/2"). You'll also need to obtain the exact weight of your window so that the correct stamp can be identified once we've identified the series you need.

Let me know if you have any questions.
