Several missing or broken pieces in the windows.

Question

Hello - can you pls help identify which parts are needed?

2 - missing cranks
1 - outside master case around the crank
2- (right side) protective covers of side levers
1 - (left side) protective covers of side levers
1- right side lever

The unit was built in 2008, so likely parts similar year.

Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for the lock in your photo but we do offer a few Escutcheon style handles. See the 38-205, 38-208, or 38-209. You'll need to compare the specifications to see if one of these might work for your application.

As for your operator, it's possible that you may need the 39-375 handle with cover, which attaches to an 11/32" diameter spline. Fee free to get back to us with photos of your operator with the window open so that the arms are fully visible, which would help us confirm if our part would be compatible. Thank you!
