Ordered part #39-267 for my house windows, but I need the shaft compartment which the handles I ordered attach to. Can you please help me identify which part I need that will work with the parts I already ordered? Again, I'm looking for the shaft compartment which holds the handle and has the swing arms which open and close the window.

Hello,
If the spline that the handle attaches to came out of the operator based, unfortunately, that means that the entire operator will need to be replaced. If you could open the window and show us the entire assembly, including the arms that move the sash, we'd be happy to research your replacement options. Thank you!
