Sharp project window sash lift

Please let me know if you have this sash lift. I don't know the manufacturer of the window but it is a double hung vinyl window. Sash lift measures 2 7/8" with an opening in the sash of 5/16". HELP!!!!

It's hard to tell based on this picture. Could you possibly use something like our 26-147?
