Shash weight -option?

How do I estimate sash weight option for my replacement 28" Series 350 Channel Balance /Product Code: S350-28 on my old aluminum windows?

You should not estimate the sash weight. If you cannot match up the stamp on the balance to any of our options, you will have to remove the sash and weigh it on a scale to get as exact a weight as possible.

Regarding the sash weight for the channel balance
SWISCO product: Series 350 w/top is the 19-002 with shoe 15-004

Existing balance is 28 inches long (excluding top and shoe)
Channel marking:
27 3 FN CALDWELL

What Sash weight option do I chose?

Thanks for getting back to us, Michael. A stamp of 27 3 usually corresponds to our 2730 option, but I still recommend that you weigh your sash just in case. Have you taken a look at the S350-28 page yet? As you can see, there is a chart there that lists all of the available options for that balance and what kind of weight each can support.
