Shelf Bracket

Question

Hello. Would like to known what type of shelf bracket this is and if you still make and/or sell it? This was in a kitchen cabinet in a 1985 home so was a little worried I wouldn't be able to find it anymore or something similar to it that would work.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
