I'd like to replace the housing and I'd like to replace the cranks with smaller cranks.

Thanks for sending in your photo. You can use our Truth Hardware Operator Cover to replace your cracked cover. If you are trying to get your handle out of the way of your window dressing, you might like a folding handle like our 39-205. A "T" shaped handle like 39-102 works well in tight spot too.
