Shelter windows 1998-2004 mostly double hungs and a few awnings. Looking for the replacement balances and sash seals. windows are in good shape. the balances have 28H, 16H, 24R, 24H, 16R stamped. Also have a patio door that we are looking for replacement seals and rollers for. Any idea if you can help me out! Thank you John

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of the parts that you need to get started. For the balances, please remove an undamaged assembly from one of your windows to show us the top, bottom and clip at the end of the pulley cord. That will help us narrow down your replacement options.
As for the seals that you need, we would need to see a clear end profile photo of each seal uninstalled as shown in our video below.
We would also need to see your rollers removed from the door to compare to our inventory. At that point, we'll also need you to write out the exact housing height, width and wheel diameter. Thank you!
