This is the window shoe for a series 900 spiral balance. The shoe is damage and needs to be replaced. Don't see it on your website.

I think I may have found the shoe I need. Is it the pivot lock shoe product #15-173?

I agree, the 15-173 looks like a great match, plus the dimensions seem to be the same.
