Shoe Balance Patriot Window

The top hook part of the shoe balance has snapped off of several of my windows. I am looking for some replacement balances. Please let me know if you can help.
It looks like it?s about 1/2 inch thick and 1 5/16 inch wide give or take a little on my sons school ruler.

Looking at your parts I think I may need T-Lock 15-195B but I want to make certain before I purchase.
