Shoe Installation Issue

Hi,
I purchased the below shoe:
15-047 : Pivot Shoe, 5/8" Thick

I attempted to follow your video instructions
I can fit it in the shoe track, but it appears to be too wide (5/8th measurement) I can fit the shoe in but not slide it up or down.

Please view the attached photo.
Any suggestions?

Hi Dan,

If the shoe fits inside the window jamb but you can't move it down, make sure that the black cam is rotated to the unlocked position. If you are still experiencing issues, we would need to see photos of the original pivot shoe uninstalled, along with your exact width and thickness written out, to determine if a closer match is available.
