Shoe Size Measurements

A home owner from Raleigh, NC says:
32" Series 775 Balance
Product Code: S775-32

Since my shoes are what are broken, I'm wondering if I can measure the channel that they slide in. If so, does there need to be some space between each side of the foot and the channel walls.

Reason I ask is two of them were jammed at bottom of the channel as if the feet were to big. I couldn't even get a screw driver to leverage them to slide upward in the channel and eventually they broke just trying to get them out.

I do have one remaining out of the four that isn't broken so it's possible I can get that one out to measure but would rather not risk it.

Part number with same footer I'm looking for.

Thanks,
Bob

Hey, Bob. We highly recommend measuring the original shoe that you are trying to replace, not the track. Measuring the track is possible, I suppose, but it won't give you as accurate a measurement.

Another way to look at it is to consider that our Series 775 balances only have two different sized shoes: 1-1/4" and 1". Did you get the 1-1/4"? If so, you should probably swap them all out for the 1" option.
