Thanks for posting. We carry two shoes similar to this, the 15-218 and 15-220. Compare their dimensions to your old hardware and see if either match what you need. Otherwise, we do not sell these jamb liner spring setups, but if it is a wood window, a millwork in your area should be able to replace the entire setup if necessary.
