Shoe broke

The shoe the pivot pin goes into broke. We have Silverline windows and have been using your 26-412 pivot bars for years. Thank goodness for you guys as we've been able to maintain our windows. We're hoping we can get the shoes from you? We watched your video, there are no cut outs but feel confident we can make them as your video shows.

Thanks for posting! I am confident that we can provide you with a replacement pivot shoe, however, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged shoe to make the most accurate recommendation. Thera are a few different pivot shoes compatible with the 26-412 pivot bars.
Are you able to provide photos of an undamaged shoe?
