Shoe for 28B Channel Balance

I need help to identify this shoe:
*Bottom to the top arch; 3/4"
*Side height: 5/8
*Width: 1 1/4"
*Thickness: 1/2"
****internal parts are missing but it is attached to a balance with imprint 28B

We can't be sure what you need since your pivot shoe cam is missing but the 15-188 would be a good place to start since the width and thickness match yours, which are the key measurements. If there is an intact pivot shoe from the other side or an identical window, you can use that to confirm if the U-shaped cam of the 15-188 will work with your window.
