Shoe for Spiral Balance

Question

I am looking for a show comparable to the picture attached.

I am using a 3/8" spiral balance. The dimensions of item #15-045 is identically to what I need but the pivot pin housing is different and the 15-405 style wont work with my pivot pins on the windows.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your shoe looks like an old discontinued part. The manufacturer makes our 15-134 to replace it. Do you think this would be a better match? You would also need the 26-297 pivot bar.
