Shoe for a double hung spiral window

Quick Learner from Hendersonville TN
I purchased item number 15-047 thinking it was a good replacement for this part. I haven't tried it out yet because I have to purchase the jam tool to get the old one out. I was just wondering if you think the part I bought is a good replacement or if you can find the exact one that is in my window. I love your helpful videos and am so glad I found you guys!

Thanks for posting. The 15-047 is possible, but another possibility that comes to mind is the 15-121. Ultimately, it's going to depend on the thickness and width of your old pivot she. Honestly, before you go ahead with the jamb spreaders, I recommend seeing the video below on the 'cutout' method of removing your pivot shoes from the jamb track. I personally think it's a bit easier than using the jambspreaders, but see what you think.

Thank you for your response! The part ended up working great and we did use the "cut out" method!! We now have all of our windows staying up and tilting correctly!! I am so happy!! Thanks again!

Awesome! So glad I could help you; figured the cutout method might be more expedient. Thanks for considering our business, it means a lot. If you need anything else just let us know.
