I purchased 10pcs spring balance (2965 to replace 2950)from you. I now need the shoe that fits. See photo of shoe that I took off one of my windows. Can you find the part number? Bob

We don't sell a top sash guide with your exact specifications. The 18-015 is similar though. Have a look and see if you think this could work for you.
