2370 bsi channel Balance

Show broken pictures of good one to help identify these appear to be one piece modeling to hold pulleys

If possible to replace the foot and pulley part the rest seem okay.

Hello! We can definitely supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. What you have here is a special "extended travel" channel balance, which is named for its extra-long cord. Thankfully, your photos tell us almost everything we need to get started. All I need from you are two pieces of information.

First, can you tell me the length of the metal channel (ignoring the nylon fittings)? Based on your stamp, it should be 23-7/8" precisely. Can you also tell me how many you wanted to buy?

Once I have that data, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our site.

Confirm 23 7/8

I know I need 3 I need to test the rest and other sizes. These are failing without operation and haven't tested all.

By chance is your build different where it has a pin holding in place? Mine just sit on top of metal putting all stress on the plastic

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Our balance will be build identically to your original. Furthermore, these install by putting the metal hook in the window track and then putting the sash over top of the balance assemblies, so that they each rest under the top sash guides. I'm not sure what you mean by having a pin holding it in place. Can you clarify?

As for the purchase link, I'm happy to email you one for 3 balances. Just note that we always recommend replacing these in pairs. You never want to mix old and new balances at the risk of the new one wearing out much sooner than usual. If you wanted to change that quantity to 4, just let me know here and I'd be happy to do so.
