We may be able to supply this track, but before I recommend anything I'd like to see a clear photo of the operator and shoe that interacts with it. I want to be sure that whatever I suggest will be compatible.

Thank you. So, we don't sell this exact hinge I'm sorry to say. However I've had professionals report back that they were able to use our 36-048 generic hinge to repair Andersen windows like this. If you're handy, you should be able to do the same. Just two things to take note of:
1. The base track has to be the same size at 10".
2. You need to replace the top and bottom at the same time.
Otherwise, while our hinge isn't technically made to work on your window, I do think it's our best possible option.

Ok, was hoping to purchase them but can get back to the shop and get the materials to make it, I'm a retired sheet metal worker and know a guy, thank you for your help
