Shoe part number

Dear Swisco,

Can you determine whether the shoe in these pics is the 15-005 or 15-004?

Based on this, I have determined that I need either the Series 380-30 or 385-30 channel balance.

I have several Kinco windows in my house in which the channel balances and the sash top guides need to be replaced. I have narrowed the sash guide to part #18-166 based on attached picture. However, I am trying to positively identify the right part # for the balances. The marking is "29 3" and it is 30" long. I have included pics of the top and shoe. Can you tell me the right part # based on this? Thank you.

Thanks for posting. The top sash guide looks like our 18-166, I agree, just make sure the dimensions match. As for the balance, it looks closer to our Series 385 but you will have to confirm that the shoe is the 15-004 and not the 15-005. If you have the 15-005, then see our Series 380 instead.
