Shoe (pivot?" for spiral window balance

Hello again! We can definitely supply this pivot shoe for you, but there are actually a few different possibilities. It will ultimately depend on its thickness, which you'll only be able to accurately determine after removing the shoe from the window.

I would start by looking at our 15-047, which is 5/8" thick. This is just an educated guess. As long as the thickness matches up then I think it will work well for you as a replacement. 

If it's anything other than 5/8", let me know and we can find something better!
