Shoe replacement

Home Owner from 14224
Hello! The top shash is misaligned and is not meeting up in the middle to lock. I took the window out and found that the shoe on the right hand side is broken. I am curious what kind of shoe this is and how I can replace it.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. It's tough to read accurate measurements from photos of a tape measure. Could you write out the thickness and width of the pivot shoe? We'd also like to see an undamaged version removed from the window so that we can narrow down some options. The related video will show you how to do so.

Are you looking for the balances as well? If so, it looks like you have a tilt balance assembly such as the 3/8" Series 900 or 5/8" Series 600 depending on the diameter of the outer tube.

Hi! I measured again and the balance diameter measures in at 3/8. The pivot shoe is 3/8 thick and 1 and 1/4 inches wide - unfortunately it looks like all of the pivot shoes in this particular window are damaged (which is why this window is not in the best shape)

You'd want the 3/8" diameter Series 900 if that's the case. However, we don't sell a 3/8" thick shoe. Would it be possible for us to see a photo of yours removed from the window? I know you said they were all damaged but it may be helpful if we could see one pieced together as best as you can, if possible.
