These are the shoes on each side of a window installed in 1995. One spiral balance is unattached and there is no cutout on the channel to remove the shoes to replace them. Before I make the cutout, I would like to know if you have any idea what type of shoe I need to buy as replacements from these pictures? I will grant you the pictures aren't very good, but I have never seen a shoe that looks quite like these.
