Glynn is on sticker for window.
Springs I have checked are in good.
The shoe part is broken at spring attachment.
I am looking for 32 units that would work.
I also found one pin broken on side of window.

Hi Jim,
Unfortunately, we do not carry the balance attachment that you're looking for. If these are used in wood windows, I would recommend contacting a local millwork for replacement jamb liners.
As for the pivot, take a look at our 26-402 and see how the dimensions match up to yours. Thank you!
